Connection between the app and GPRS module

Hi

I lost signal from the ECU to the App on the 1st September.

This was at night approx. 3 hours after charging.

I spoke to the dealer but they couldn't really help and blamed it on the App.

They said it happens sometimes and will restore by it self.

I checked the ECU and the green light is on permanent and the blue and red are flashing.

I've clocked 17000 miles now and always park it in the same spots without loosing signal.

I tried switching the power off and delete and install the App but no luck.

Hope that Super soco sort this out soon.

Hello.

In Spain the GPS/GSM module is called ECU. There are two models. The old one and the new one sold with 2022 CPX. Mine was the old one that connects with "SUPER SOCO' app. The new one connects with "Vmoto SOCO" app.

I wrote SUPER SOCO Spain and they told me that the problem was the ECU. My dealer has done as much as posible to solve my problem. First they recieved a replacement ECU but it was the old model again.
The second time they recieved the new model. All in warranty.

After the installation I had to write again to SUPER SOCO because I could not link my bike. After they updated my bike number and new IMEI the app linked.

Thanks for your reply it is very useful

My dealer in the UK wasn't very helpful and said "it does that sometimes with the app and after a while it will work again"

Mine stopped working on the 1st September and still doesn't connect

I passed your information to them and now waiting for a reply.
