I had the same problem but yesterday it was corrected automatically.
I don't know if it was because of a change I made in the app.

I have selected Europe / Madrid which I suppose will be yours unless you are from the Canary Islands. At the time it was not changed, but the next day when I used the bike I saw that it was changed.

I live in the "Peninsula" so the time from Madrid must me ok, but the bike clock shows one hour more.  In fact a couple of days ago I changed the app as "Lisbon" to see it that fixes the bike clock. I will need to wait a couple of days as my bike sleeps in a -4 level of a garage with limited gps coverture 🙁

Greetings from Malaga, restarting kms works perfectly, on the other hand I also limited the speed and it also works, I have tested it while standing, then I will test it on the road. A greeting.,

So you were able to connect the app to your CPX? You have the GPRS module installed on it ?

Here in France the reseller told me that SuperSoco sent the first CPX without it, and that they will install it starting mid-november (though with the containment going on here I doubt it).
