Hi everyone

Please, could you tell me if it is possible to install  a 3.5 inch rim in the rear wheel since 110/70-17 tire is now matched with 17*3.0 inch rim?

Thanks a lot

I think a 0.5" (12,7mm) wider rim will fit in the swing arm. Are you going to exchange the whole rear wheel? - I think its not possible to switch just the rear rim, its integrated in the hub motor..

Yes. The idea is to use a qsmotor 17 inches 6Kw  hub motor wheel, which  has a 3,5 wide rim and 200mm. Dropout.. I wonder if it is a too much wide hub.. I cannot mesure the tc hub since I will receive my motorbike next month.. I think 4 kw qsmotor could be 150 mm. Dropout.. Perhaps 4 kw continuous (7 peak) is enough to give any more power to supersoco, it weights less and needs less battery amperage (same tc original battery)  Thank you for replying.

The TC max is only 3kw and 5kw peak and that can do 60mph. However it is running on 72v. I think either will be an improvement ?

Think that 180mm rear axle/hub motor is maximum what you can squeeze in. The tire is about 100 as widest and has there about 20mm free area per side, so a 140mm wide (5,5") tire will rub the inside of the swingarm..

I wonder if you, SuperHonda,  could send us the same picture for the front wheel in order to change front wheel from 90/80R17 to 110/70R17 (Pirelli Scorpion Rally)

Thanks
