I just found a link on Taobao and used SuperBuy to get more details as I don't have a taobao account
Has anyone tried this for their bikes that came without a comms module?
Am I right in thinking I would need the "TS/TC new housing, GPS+GPRS" or would I need the "new module TS/TC ECU + alarm" ?
@themazedammit looks like you need the first one, "TS/TC new housing, GPS+GPRS" - I found some folks on the SuperSoco French forum that bought this (used some google translate) and turns out even with the comms module you don't always get the app guaranteed to work because you apparently need a Chinese phone number starting with +85 to activate the module.
For some of the people that bought it from Outdoordreams it seems to be working, but the cost is almost 3x.
@themazedammit So I went out on a limb and ordered it through SuperBuy and it just came in today (the module that is). It has a QR code on it and an IMEI number. I've tried using both to link it with the Super Soco app but no success - I am getting the ECU error.
I've sent an email to the manufacturer to see if they can give me more information on this, but I don't have high hopes of this happening. I will keep you up to date. The cost was about 30$ for the module, which is not bad if I can get it working.
Can anybody with a TC max please confirm what the module looks like. I removed the left side panel and noticed a 30200-QSM-F200
