This picture shows how I calibrate my charger. I adjusted the charger to shut down at 90% charge to extend battery life.

Can you share with us how you modified the charger to achieve your 90% maximum charge? Close up pictures w/ description would be great! Also what basic tools are needed too?

Definitely helps to keep those battery life cycles to a minimum.
