The same problem here, it says "account is already exist" - on iPhone; and "Unable to send the message, please try again later" - on Android. 😵 

Having same problem in Lithuania. Maybe somebody know something when it will be fixed?

I was able to register in the app 2 days ago. Journey tracking and diagnosis doesn't seem to be working. But it knows when battery is disconnected and the bikes location. GPS and GPRS show connected.
