Hi guys, after my battery is full the charger wont stop trying to charge it.
take a look at the video.
i guess the only thing i can do to fix it is return it 🙁
should i keep an eye on it for now or do the fixing now?
i really dont want to send the battery away for a couple of weeks for now.
it seems to be a problem with your charger. Chargers are very susceptible to any hit. If you bring your battery to your nearest shop, bring it with your charger for the first diagnose. Although is true you have a ways how to check BMS's, I don't recommend to do it since that implies to open the battery and that could put you in danger your physical integrity.
Mine does that too, but only for about 10 minutes after the battery is full. The light then goes green and the fan stops
Interresting, maybe it's the cell balancing?
I'm not sure how long it did it until I noticed it the first time but I guess not that long.
I can confirm, if you let it do its thing the charger will turn green after some minutes.
I've asked official supersoco support too,
They say it's very unusual and I should take it to the retailer to check it out. Will do that later today
