I have noticed that when the speed is over 60 kph the front end starts bouncing up and down. It seems the shocks are not damping properly or the springs are too weak/soft? I checked the front tire and it seems to be perfectly round. Has anyone else had this problem?

Yes has noticed that on my TS a well, a few times, first time was for some months ago, on a newly paved road, tarmac. At first I thought that some rock or tarmac got stuck in the tire and followed it around, but nothing.

My only conclusion was that the suspension/geometry of the bike allowed it to wobble, and influences on wobbling can be be lateral stiffness of the front tire, steering damping present or not, height of bike center of mass, distance of bike center of mass from rear wheel, and the cornering stiffness of the front tire.

Try to lean forward next time to see if it stops to see if more weigth on the front tire can be a solution, laboarate with tire pressure, in the long run changing the front tire can help.
