Hi Everyone

My TC is looking and running great, and I mean to keep it that way!
Recently added a second 30a battery and parallel box = HUGE improvement in performance and range. Highly recommended for your machine.

But all machines break, and all machines need parts. For Soco owners outside of Asia, this is a concern: where do you go? Many riders are far away from a dealer, if any. The manufacturer builds, not supports. What do you do?

My Dad trained me to buy parts whenever I bought any machine, especially cars.
"You wait for months, or parts get discontinued. Dealers go out of business."
Good advice. I spent a few hundred last May and now have a good collection of replacements. Need parts? Don't go insane, go to your closet.

I carefully read many Forum posts, and made a list of parts that commonly failed as reported by riders. That formed some of my shopping list, which also included consumables like brakes. I asked myself "What can stop me from riding?"

OK, so I have a list. Who has this stuff? Aliexpress.com can help some. I bought a TC controller, windshield, TC rear deck and crash cage through them. There are bargains to be had, but you have to dig and watch. I bought the second 30a battery and parallel box  for $1,100 USD shipped, for example.

A Forum user mentioned in passing that he used Superbuy.com for his parts. I did too!
I joined the site and after a a bit of learning, searching and money, bought my entire list.
It was delivered in a week by DHL, China to Canada. Here is the list with prices in USD:

vented brake discs, F & Rear set x 2   $35.11 ea.         $70.22     Soco made
brake pads, F & Rear x 2        $10.38+11.97 ea.           44.70     Japanese/German made

Total Superbuy                             $ 559.44 USD

Note that Superbuy will not send large batteries. Their search engine is not consistent. It queries many Chinese online markets. Input "Soco TC" or "Super Soco" and you may get pages of unrelated stuff. Sometimes I get "36 items found" in Soco parts. The true number of Soco items available is over 700 and it is great when you hit that. Again, patience will be rewarded with parts at low cost. Shipping adds about 50% to North America, so keep that in mind.

Superbuy's service is great! Good communicators, and you can see the status of your orders and packages at a glance. They even unwrap your order as it arrives, take three pictures and send them to you for inspection. Neat. Their shipping service is superb.

Here is to all Soco owners worldwide! May all your bike problems be very minor.
