Hello,

For those who have replaced the handlebar.  I'm thinking of doing the same.  But would like to know if the new handlebar needs to have any specific requirements? or just any 22mm (7/8") bar will work? (I saw some had dimples in the handlebar)

thank you

I'm also going to replace it, with a drag-handlebar (sort of like the TC Max). The one I have in mind is 22mm but is londer than the current one, but I may cut the ends a bit.

The one thing I wonder about is the lenght of the brakelines. These will sit a bit lower so I may have to change them also, or strap them.

Anyone some ideas on that as well?

thanks

Hi.

The standard bats are thin wall and very weak.

I changed mine for Renthal high road bars #756. Pretty much the same fit. There are also Medium and Low bars.

Rizoma also have bars that are similar but cheaper.

And the wiring slack can be taken up behind the alarm unit. The brake lines will just slide through the cable ties, or cut the ties off and use new ones.

Have fun.
