Hi guys,
couple months ago I was driving through the city and heard my license plate fell off, as you can see on picture it’s the metal that broke off I think of too much “swinging” does anyone notice this too when driving that’s it making sometimes a lot of sound? I will get a new one soon but is there any idea of solution for the next time before it breaks off again?
( the plastic ropes are temporarily till I get a new one soon ! )
That's not good! Is it because it's made of plastic and not metal?
The part that holds the license plate is metal. But the license plate is pretty heavy so it bounces on the mudguard and one time it just snaps... so some ty raps by the mudguard and it can’t bounce anymore.

Also noticed a clicking sound from the license plate - a negative side of a totally silent motor! 🙂
First I filled the gap with a part from an old towel!, Then my first modification was to remove the steel plate bracket and move the license plate and its lamp up, strange that all other lights are LED but the licens lamp is an old bulky lamp, must find a smaller housing with LEDs instead. The read reflex was now hidden, so a door protection from a car is clipped on, underneath the frame.
