I’m starting to think about upgrading the controller. Lots of wires to think about though. Does anyone know what the main 30 ish pin connector is called? I’d like to find the female version that I can start playing with so as to not damage the Soco wiring!
Have tried to identify it but the problem with this connector type is that there are many, many very similar connectors on the market. It can be very difficult to tell them apart. To help, you can
1) measure the pitch - the distance between the pins (measure several pins and divide to be accurate)
2) measure the outside dimensions
3) look closely for mould marks or logos
