1st MOT due on the TCmax.

There must be some bikes over 3 years old now  Anybody had one, how did the tester check the rear brake efficiently, on the rollers as an IC bike ?

Cheers

@billy-bob Good 🙂

Mine is over 3 years too (December 2019). I didn't watch the MOT but I don't think they did anything different to a petrol bike, just far fewer things to check.
Mine passed, but it might not have if I hadn't done the head bearings.
Water had got in and the bottom race had rusted and gone very rough & notchy.

Its a miracle the brakes passed. Mine are s**t 🙂

mjr,

Regarding fewer things to check, my TCmax was the first EV they had tested, they are a well established bike shop been going for years. They seemed to spent more time on the phone to the DVLA regarding form filling. 😀
