I’m new to Super Soco and I have the CPX. I noticed a couple of times when leaving work, I have quite a steep camber on the road near the pavement, I’ve noticed the bike refusing to accelerate on the first attempt. I twist the throttle and literally nothing happens, I close it, try again and it goes fine. Could this be the bike refusing to put a heavy load on the battery or motor when it has a cold controller / battery / motor ?

anyone notice instances on a steep hill where the bike refuses to pull away ?

note, temperature is about 5c, battery in question was not low on charge

thanks

Does anyone else have this issue ? I’m still finding that it happens when there’s any high load requested from the motor ?

I think it is a perfectly normal behavior from a brushless motor.

My TC max does it, and before that my escooter too. I think it has to do with the magnets that are not properly aligned in order to generate traction.

Thanks for the reply, bit strange in my opinion, didn’t find it very often, but certainly a couple of times when it was a high lid required to accelerate (once when the back wheel was against the small lip of concrete up into the garage) the hike just sat there with the throttle wide open. I will continue to experiment, generally the little bike is great 🙂
