my question is not whether the capsĀ can store the energy, they can store far more than regen could possibly generate using a 3kW motor - my question is the specific data for the regen motor and circuit, ie what voltage & current it generates and at what speed (curve) this peaks and and how it changes with deceleration (i know how regen works, i am looking for data for the soco system)
the joules calculation is not for hours, it uses standard scientific, time unit, which is Seconds
calculating mAh from capacitors is actually more complex, and not especially useful, which is why i didn't include it
Ok socomods I'm just trying to share what I know as I don't know or can assume how you will pull this off. If you do it will be pretty awesome!
Link for pictures and information on TC controller on another forum. It should be the same as TS but the TC is set at a higher A maximum power output.
thanks ✌️ controller info is useful for sure, that french forum seems to have some good info - i might try contacting Bosch directly, there has to be a datasheet for the motor somewhere!
Ā
will def keep this project updated, soco has so allot of potential 😎 esp when the new lithium-sulfur or carbon batteries are ready for production 😁
Bosch only makes the motor. Not the controller, for your information.
Yes. Any 3-phase controller can turn this powerful Bosch "named" motor. They are speced only to 20% when used at 3000W. So go figure. I assure you.
