Under EU regulations your dealer is obligated to provide support for the bikes he is selling. There are penalties if he doesn't.

My dealer provides some parts and addons , but lousy and substandard maintenance. PM me if you want service manual.
Also I cannot freely buy spare parts, they listed in the online shop but "waiting for supplies", so that regulation is easily avoidable bullshit.
