SO find out was not the power converter was a bad ground wire to alarm unit cause excessive resistance.

so now replaced alarm unit and power converter.

Hi...in my case the motor controller label said that it was 60V 30A, making it an optimistic 1.8kW if we pretend there's no voltage sag. I remember feeling a bit underwhelmed by the acceleration, but I didn't know about the extra speed unlock procedure at the time.
