My battery has dropped below 20% and now the wall charger won’t charge the battery showing there is a disconnect.  I have 2 batteries and was thinking I could transfer some electrons from one battery to another to try and bring the percentage back up as the battery still powers the bike.

Does anyone know how to do this and I just bought the battery 6 months ago ?
