Charged battery Saturday 08.09.2017 ready for work on Monday.  Monday came, wheeled out bike ready to ride.  No power when I twist the throttle, warning light on dash said side stand down, it wasn’t, in order to get power, I had to keep my finger on the red button and turn the throttle.

Contacted dealer through FB who sent a video of how to start bike.  Been doing that since March this year!  I asked them to pick up and return as I don’t have any other transport which they did and will charge me but the repair is under warranty, which is fair enough.  Then dealer asked for photos of red switch and side stand as Super Soco wanted, duly sent.  Contacted dealer again asking was my photos ok.  They replied a few days later saying Super Soco know about this problem. Finally, dealer came to pick bike up on 12.10.2019 one month after I first made contact.  I only work part time 18.5 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning.   Friday evening at 18.25 I received a text saying they can deliver the bike on Monday!  How could I contact my work asking for time off at such a late time when work has finished?  I arranged delivery for following Saturday.

The dealer is not interested, after all they are only piggy-backing the Super Soco in to UK as they are only interested in selling their own type of bike, big or small.  I contacted my dealer again asking for an update on the switches, photos and I also asked where do the parts come from, is it China or is there a distribution centre in UK or Europe?  I didn’t get a reply, so frustrating.

On the dealers receipt it said they had replace the throttle grip and switch and nothing about the side stand?

I am a firm believer in good service and a dealer’s reputation stands or falls on customer service and they have failed miserably.  I have ridden for only 761 kms and my confidence is shot with this bike.  I had to chase up the dealer all the time on FB messenger which is not right.

I also have a TS with a lot of problems, the battery for the most part. But the dealership did "repair" it but now the bike sometimes stand still with the error code 98... very frustrating that the dealerships are the contacters to Super Soco.

Oscar, Yes, Poor customer service it makes my blood boil with anything, not just my TC.  I live about 40 miles away from the dealer so it is not really local to me, though, I understand in the UK 40 miles is far away and in other countries it is not; plus I don't have any other transport to get my bike to and from them.  Bike has been returned and all is forgiven once I was back on the road (until next time!?).
