Hello my nephew bought a new super soco tc 2 monts ago and since the second week only problems. The first is the power is switching off while driving and it doesn’t start. The dealer said that after repair it was ok. But it doesn’t start….anybody having similar issues?
I have a similar story. Bought mine about two months ago, worked fine for a month and then turned off mid drive 98% battery, couldn’t get it started again so had to walk back home.
No power, no light even in power button. After an hour I managed to get it started again, but not more than 800 meters later it died.
it has been very unreliable since. But I have noticed lowering the stand and raising it seems to allow me to power it on again. So atleast that is a quick fix that somewhat helps.
Please keep me in the loop on how it goes with your case. I am contemplating sending mine back but store I bought it from was far away and I need to ship it if that’s the case.
