Hi everyone,

could you recommend a good shop (online sales) to obtain an adjustable footrest holder/peg and a throttle handle in the UK? I have only found https://www.outdoordreams.eu in EUR not GBP so far. Thanks!

Unfortunately I can't help you with a UK online shop. I'm using outdoordreams and he is amazing. 
But there needs to be someone, of the almost 900 people, who can help you here!

May want to try ALIEXPRESS (Shipping is the problem but direct I have made savings)

I'm buying from the shop you mentioned and from https://www.elektroroller-bodensee.de/de/ - they have crashbars that works, I know coz I crashed hard 😉
