When charging, there's no charging symbol on the dashboard...
Is this normal?

I do not have any as well. The only one is red/green led on charger.
Same here. Charger block shows steady red when charging; flashes red/green when nearly done; Steady Green when fully charged. No indicator on bike
As you haven't specified which model I have just checked the manuals for the TS, TC/TC Max & CUx and none of them have a charging light on the instrument cluster. They do all however seem to have a charging symbol which may only be visible with the ignition on. Sorry I can't be any more helpful as the battery for my TC Max is charging off the bike but as others have correctly pointed out that there is a charger status light on the charger itself.
Even with the ignition on, no charging light. Only the green/red light on the charger. So it's normal I gues. 🙂
Have you tried installing the app?
Although it doesn't show charging status it does show State of Charge which obviously increases over time if the battery is charging.
I've tried to install the app, but there is no blue tooth module in my bike, I think. So no connection with the app en the bike.
The app just shows my bike, no details.
If you only bought it recently and it is brand new then it is more than likely one of the second batch.
Are you using android or IOS for the app?
The bike doesn't have bluetooth, it has a built-in SIM that connects to the Super Soco servers which the mobile app also connects to.
