The rear shock doesn't have any markings on it, however it is 280mm eye to eye and gives a massive 18mm of travel. I replaced mine with a 290mm DNM MK-AR but had use the stock spring as the one that comes with the DNM is to soft.

I have no information about the forks but I believe the fork legs are not a standard size.

Thanks friend I'll buy one of those too, was this the 250lb spring?

@heiltdo I believe it was actually a 300lb spring, I would guess that the stock spring is around 400lb. The stock spring fits just fine and with a sensible amount of preload actually feels pretty good.

edit to add.

It was actually a 350lb spring.

What do you recon stock spring for a guy at 140. Usually I carry 20lbs on a bag so 160 then.

I don't if a upgrade what the performance or the feeling would be. Right now it can feel a bit hard going over speed bumps. Still I have added padding to my seat so the most anoying is ridden.

I think that you will find the stock TC Max spring will work fine for you, I think the  limited travel of the stock shock is what makes the ride harsh. So getting a better shock and using the stock spring on it with the preload set correctly will make a big difference.
