Hey all! Ive recently experienced a new problem with my super soco ts. When my battery is at around 75%, the motor seems to have a hard time keeping the amperes up. What i mean by this is, that even if I pull the throttle to the max, I only get two ampere bars on my display. Effectively, this makes my bike useless after about 12 miles, since i can only go about 5 mph with that power. Has anyone experienced this issue? Is there any way to fix it or should I just contact a mechanic? Looking forward to hearing from you!

Did you just recently ourchased the TS or did you got a software update?

I know, that the newer software versions for the controller come with a huge power decrease at about 45% SOC (charge left).

But donĀ“t worry: ask your local dealer if he got some order software versions and if he could flash one of these on your ecu..that will fix it.

@wagner from what I understand the power drop is at 75%, and not at 45%. Anyway, do your dealers understand what's a firmware and are they able to reflash (meaning they have access to download from OEM) your FOC? šŸ˜€

@alexaraducristian They are able to do so (in fact, Iam doing it part time) but donĀ“t have access to older versions, only if they kept them.
So I would ask my dealer if he has said software version and if heĀ“s willing to flash this one on your inverter šŸ™‚
