I’ve had my super soco ts stored for a few months because of winter and when I went to turn it on it was dead so I went to charge it and it wouldn’t work. The charger is showing green even though it’s at 0% so it won’t charge. The moped only turns on when the charger is in but it stays at 0%. Here is a video for reference. Please help!

Stick a multimeter over the positive and negative of the battery and see what voltage you have.
Did you keep the battery topped up whilst in storage as per the manual?

your battery is in “deep sleep” you need to contact your dealership so they can open the battery up and remove the motherboard and force charge the battery.
