I want to make the front brake bigger... I have been trying to find an adapter that fits the front brake but haven't found one yet. I have tried to saw and make extensions but it's tedious and when I work I can't ride so this is put on hold until I find a way to make it work. (I use the original brakes). Original front disc brake size is 220mm.

These are mmmmmmmega 260 millimeters!

3 holes disc brake 70mm or 7cm PCD
I have seen the 3 holes on many scooter style disc brakes
4mm width on the disc

If you want to make your vehicle better, you must be willing to sacrifice a little effort at work!

It is just a simple flat sheet metal thats hold the caliper in place.

Cut off the original plate and weld in a 20mm wide piece of sheet metal of the same thickness, or make a widened copy of the original so you can ride in the meantime, removing it and drawing the outline does not take many minutes!

Maybe you can find a mechanical workshop nearby that can laser cut the piece for you.
Ask them at the same time to make 10pcs and you can sell the rest here on the forum!

Ye. drawing one and cut a piece would be good as well although time consuming as I don't know how to weld. Outsource. Sure but I guess and think minimun is something about 200€ work or more you know they get more selling to companies.

New information.

Finally a friend of mine I meet recently also made one for his TC that I gave him. Although I only gave him the frame, front fork wheel and rear swingarm and broken TS motor.

He put on some Johny boy Chinese standard brakes and welded a piece of metal to make it longer and as such to fit his larger disc.

I'll ask him to do one for me. I just have to redo the "mould" so that he can make a metallic piece as an extension or I may ask him to weld a piece directly onto it.
