No it needs to be 70.5v max, otherwise it will 'overcharge' the battery and give you an error when you plug the battery into the bike.

It won't damage the battery but the BMS will shut off the charger and give you the error.

71.4 V is tecnically ok according to the cell manufacturer LG, but it will degrade the life of the cells. In the German forum several users have 71.4 V chargers and they work with their Super Socos. But you will get only 700 charge cycles (30% degradation) instead of 1000 cycles. If you calculate 900 € for the battery this is 0.90 € per charging cycle (900 € / 1000). The economic damage for using a 71.4V charger would be 300 * 0.90 € = 270 €.

Most 71.4V chargers have a internal potentiometer where you can trim the output voltage. Many vendors in China offer a tailored charger. My charger is tailored to 70.5 V, and with 15A it is very fast (1% in 1 minute, this is 1h 10min from 15-85% which is the typical use during a road trip)

Trouble to find a new charger for TS. Will the charger for model TC work for my TS?

Same nominal battery voltage of TS and TC? Or?
