I noticed someone on YT commented saying after doing the trick on his Super Soco TS Lite it only increased the speed to 48 km/h: https://imgur.com/a/GlbB9i0

That sounds about right for a 900W motor.  Can't imagine it goes much faster on level roads

Is there an equivalent process? My TC Max seems to be restricted to 45MPH 🙁

Never mind I think it's the brakes rubbing, I'll ask the shop who sold it. Downside to it being my first bike, no idea what normal looks sounds or feels like!

Well, so I have a problem with the delimitation on my cux.

When I bought it, I could get to 56 km/h which I found quite surprising, because on my test drive with it 48 km/h was the maximum speed. Anyway, today I wanted to delimit my cux with the instructions above, but still: maximum speed 56 km/h and I am not that heavy, so that should not be the problem.

Any advice? I tried to do it multiple times and I do get the right error code and stuff, but no speed increase...

Update:

After a few more tries, I think you just can't do it anymore with the new Super Soco CUx models. Why? I can't even set it back to 45 km/h which means that the delimitation procedure just does not work for my model. Maximum speed is 53-58, depending on the slope. I definitely did the procedure correctly, I checked several times.

Anyone having the same experience??

Too bad if that is the case, just ordered a super soco cux due to that it was possible to derestrict in a simple way. Are we sure this is the case? What have been done to stop it? Videos showing cux 2019 models seems to work but that was before the summer. Hope my bike coming have been at the dealer since before summer... Any light on this issue would be nice. However 53-58 is still faster than 45.

Yep, also did it partially, because of the possibility to delimit it quite easily 😀 I can just tell you, that I haven't found a way to delimit the brand new cux model yet, mby there is another way?!

It seems as if the maximum velocity also depends on the battery charge. With the battery fully charged I can get to 60 km/h for short periods of times. With the battery around 50% for me 53 is the max; 30% about 49km/h max.

Is it not strange that you can go 60 on full battery? To me that would indicate that its at least not fully restricted or what is your take on it? Its quite far from 45 and way beyond any margines. Too bad the speed drops quite a bit with the battery drain.

Have anyone seen any official communication now or in the past from super soco or authoroties regarding the de-restriction possibilities? Would be good to hear from super socos.

I’ve just taken delivery of a CUX and I also seem unable to delimit to 60kmh using the known method.

They must have done something to the new models to stop this from being done?

Got mine a few days ago and it does 63-65 flat and 67 a bit downhill. This is with battery 80-100%. When battery is 50 top speed is around 58. Im happy.
