My alarm is the same. I press POWER to shut down and the alarm goes on immediately.

I need to activate the alarm by pressing on the lock button on my key.

Interesting ! It is either that Soco istalls two different types of alarms, or (more likely) different default setup of the alarm.

I have sent the email to my Soco dealer regarding this "issue", roughly same time I have wrote question here, and I'm still waiting for the reply.

same on my CUx, power button off will enable the alarm. It can be annoying as I keep setting it off as I pack my gear away in the top box.

Just curious why you would you not want the alarm on?

Frequent short stops, and old habbits die hard 🙂 - I hit the stop button to turn the lights off...

Same mine, Alarms goes ON immediatly when I press Power OFF.

I like it as it is.

Why?

Because I switch it OFF and don't need to find the key in my pocket to activate the alarm, which would mean removing gloves. It's time waste. Rather I stop, switch off the bike and leave, and I remove the helmet and gloves while already walking away.
