TC speed meter showing wrong speed

Hello everyone,
please let me ask, today I was parking my supersoco TC in a sunny place and when I turned on the bike the gauge was showing 42 degrees for the temperature, the bike worked well and everything is normal, however I noticed the speed meter is not showing more than 25- 30 km/h although I'm sure the bike was going faster, (on second gear with full charge the actual speed of the bike can go up to 40-45 km/h)

anyone faced this problem before ?
as I know "signals" from the three hall sensors goes to the ecu, then the speed "data" goes from the ecu to the gauge using RS485 protocol, so I believe if the RS485 wires or the gauge has a problem then more likely the speed meter will just stop working, I'm not sure whether the problem is in the hall sensor connector, any easy way to test it ?

thank you in advance

I have tc max and speed is showing too low also usually. When going faster it maybe works. Sometimes it is just stuck. When it is working there is a delay updating the speed. I am also wondering how to know if the signal or the gauge is broken.

And if i change the gauge does it keep the kilometers driven? Where are they stored?

I do not have the same problem, but I keep seeing reviews that SuperSoco speedometers in general are showing 5kph faster readings than actual speed. Does anybody know where the speedometer gets its input signal from? Is there a sensor that measures the motor RPM and then is this translated to kph electronically?

Thanks in advance. 👍
