I just bought a 2023 TSx.

Questions:

• 1) I can reach 65km/h only when its battery is full. At 40%, it's only 40km/h. The dealer's mechanic says it's normal. My Daymak Swift never did that. 
• 2) Apparently randomly, when driving, the "engine" just cut off 1 second, the amp meter goes down to 0 and comes back. It feels like a kick-down on an automatic transmission car.
