Hi all, I hope someone can help, i've tried the 'holding throttle/brake' for 10 seconds, release, hold again etc, but i still can't get my Super Soco to increase from 30mph, it used to be a delivery bike before i bought it and it said on the back 'limited to 30mph'

Can anyone out there please help with guidance how to un-restrict it.
