Yes, I do, but I've created this myself entirely, measuring all connections in the wire loom. So this is not an official wiring diagram, different CUx models may be different (but I highly doubt it). Why do you need it?
See attached image. It would have saved me a lot of time if I knew beforehand that this is actually just a Lingbo HK2A controller...
@superbanana Do you know where the grey cable has to go to that leaves from the battery connector ? On you diagram its number 3 and marked with N/C?

I'm going to use the original Vespa switch candle, so a lot of soldering work, but I want to remove the alarm module and use the original ignition lock, but I can't figure out how to remove the alarm module, so it shouldn't be that difficult, but ....
