Follow-up on the seat search. I ordered the studded 🙄 black one from Outdoor Dreams. I'll have to figure out how to remove the studs — are they embedded in the fabric or are they just glued on? Hmm.

So the mods so far include:

• Replaced the back seat
• Removed the passenger handle (the "oh shit" bar)
• Removed the passenger foot pegs
• Removed white rear faring
• Replaced the grips
• Added wind/rain deflectors on the grips
• Added the metal grill to the headlight
• Added the tiny little wind screen
• Installed a tap on the 12V voltage regulator
• Installed a USB charging outlet
• Added the kickstand duck foot
• Removed the pinstripes and branding stickers
