When buying a used Super Soco is any remaining warranty on battery and bike transferable to the new owner?
Hi. Yes it should be, because the warranty and it's activation if necessary uses the licence plate (or VIN) of the vehicles, in spite of the actual owner.
Thanks for your reply. That is what I would have expected - remaining warranty linked to the actual bike (assuming servicing requirements have been maintained) - although a few second hand TC Max bikes Ive enquired about have no warranty despite being less than two years old. One admitted that a main dealer was just too far away for it to be practical. I can only assume a similar situation with others. Proximity to a dealership seems to be a big problem.
