Hi. Yes it should be, because the warranty and it's activation if necessary uses the licence plate (or VIN) of the vehicles, in spite of the actual owner.

That is what I would have expected - remaining warranty linked to the actual bike (assuming servicing requirements have been maintained) - although a few second hand TC Max bikes Ive enquired about have no warranty despite being less than two years old. One admitted that a main dealer was just too far away for it to be practical. I can only assume a similar situation with others. Proximity to a dealership seems to be a big problem.
