Hi!

I just bought a TC and I am having trouble with the power cutting off. So I am going 60 and it consistantly cuts off and lowers to 50km/h. This is not good. After it cuts off, I cannot speed back up until I stop. What can be the problem?

not a lot of info there, for instance how old is the TC, if new take it straight back to the Seller, if not, how old is it, where are you based, in the UK 60kph would indicate that it had been derestricted, sustained use at 60kph (40mph) would cause the wiring etc, if not modified, to overheat and melt the battery plug, or possibly cause the Controller to cut out temporarily...
So try running it at setting two, or keep to say 40kph for a sustained run to see if the problem goes away.
Otherwise give more detail, age of the bike, picture of the controller, wiring, master switch etc...

So the bike is a month old. Here in Canada I have it licensed as a <70km/h bike. Thats why i bought it, I was watching the videos on Youtube and everyone was saying it went around 70! Can you beleive that, it's insane that the dealership let me take it knowing that it wasnt true. Is there a way to keep it derestricted? Some sort of mods? To be honest, this thing isn't the best at climbing hills, but if I can go on the 70 roads then its mine. I just cant let the power go so low, its dangerous and irresponsible.

Everything is stock on the bike, it should be what it comes new.

Setting 2 goes to 50, but only on flat ground. Its like this thing wants to nap in the middle of the hill.
