Here I post my letter that I wrote to vmoto about my problems that I have with regards to repairing faulty batteries
Dear Sir/madam,
I am a owner of a Super Soco TC in the Netherlands, and currently having problems with my dealer La Souris from Doetinchem, The Netherlands.
My battery sockets are lasting for about 3000 km and then they get molten. And I have this with the two batteries that I bought new with my new super soco tc. Currently I had them replaced for 6 times now. I have the round sockets by the way.
Now my carry handle on top of one of the batteries broke of, and needs to be replaced. I am a disabled man that bought this as a alternative for my transport everyday, so that I can go outside with my family.
My dealer told me that they can't get help from their super soco contact because of the new dealership that Moteo got now.
And I can't get this fixed.
I am not satisfied with how the warranty handling is. Because there is no solution given to my defaults.
I will post this also on the forum for super soco.
I hope that you will help me out with these warranty cases.
I own the bike now 10 months and hope that these things will be solved for me,
Kind regards,
J.R. Janbroers
That sucks, these batteries are very expensive. I hope you will get a decent solution to your problem!
I resolved the problem of molten battery socket with dielectric grease in the connectors.
