Real-world Performance in Canada

Hey guys,

I'm set to purchase a TC in the next month or two, and I have a question about actual performance. I'm specifically asking Canadian owners (BC, in particular) because I know different countries and locations have speed limiters in place. Here in BC, the speed is restricted to 70 km/hr, and that's the spec that's listed for the TC on the website I'm looking at. However, what is real-world performance like? I need to be able to keep up with traffic in my small city, which is usually 60 km/hr. I realize hills will make a difference, but I'm wondering about flat road performance. I don't know if I'll be able to test-ride one before committing to the purchase, so any info you can give would be very appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Epitome,

I'm not a Canadian but my experiance is that 70 is possible but you need a minute to accelerate to that.

@barendnl I randomly saw a guy in my city riding a cappuccino TC yesterday and followed him to a gas station to ask about it. He's quite happy with his. I've gotta wait a couple more weeks, but I'll be ordering mine soon. Thanks for commenting!
