I have, and enjoy, a Mash 250, based around a Chinese Suzuki gn250. I have reduced it's weight by more than 15%, let the motor breath better and changed/modified the suspension.
I bought this TC as a hack to use whilst making the Mash legal and to evaluate an electric option for very local travel.
Instead my time (and over 4k euros) has been stolen by this underdesigned and badly built p o s.
It does look pretty!
Though it is pretty much useless.
I think maybe you should consider the possibility that the previous owner of you bike took very poor care of it. I've put 4000 miles on mine since I bought it brand new, and the only issue has been a faulty blinker which was immediately replaced under warranty.
@socobelfast he only put 900kms on it!
Please check on the latest fuckup: 2 weeks after my battery was returned, the sidestand sensor died.
