Can anyone help please.

There is a chance i have lost a spacer or something when changing the tyre but when i torque up my rear wheel it has a lot of freeplay. As if the bearings were shot but pretty sure it's not the bearings, it just doesnt seem to get clamped down properly. Any ideas, am i missing a part?
