Having installed the Android version of the app back in November '19 it has worked pretty flawlessly for me apart from the odd crash.

Today, however, whilst attempting to check the battery's SoC I noticed that they have updated the app. Yippee! I thought. My joy was promptly halted when I couldn't log in using my registered phone number and password "account does not exist". Funny as I'd used the old app the previous day and it worked fine.

So, I re-registered using the same phone and new password (which is now limited to a maximum of 20 characters) and was presented with the choice of either scanning, linking a photo or typing in the IMEI code. I chose to scan it, a popup text box stated that my bike was paired to XXX phone number (mine) and that it would need to be unpaired 1st. WTAF! it's the same phone number!

Basically until I can somehow unpair the bike I cannot use the app. Way to go Super Soco! 🤬 🤬

I had the same issue. Try adding a zero before the phone number while using your old password.

No worries. It's a lot nicer, isn't it? Everything works too! 😍

How did you manage to connect your bike with the app? Mine asks for the IMEI number and after an EMC error.
