Hi,
Ive ordered a Super Soco TSX, with 2 batteries included. Ive also requested the lithium connector.
The dealer, however, insists on placing a 60v26ah next to the already out of the box 60v30ah.
Im no expert, but I thought it would be best to place the same batteries. But I cant explain to them why. Can placing two different batteries do any harm? Will this have impact on the bikes performance? Or will it have no noticeable effect at all?
Hoping to hear from you guys soon.
Because we can use 1 battery at a time (officially), your 26Ah battery will exhaust itself sooner than the 30Ah. if they are somehow arranged in parallel, then you definitely want 2 identical battery packs, but this is not the scenario.
Did you know that there are 3rd party battery packs that cost hundreds less than the Soco brand?
Like @chubeyterra said, if they're arranged in parallel then both packs should have identical capacity (especially if the charge discharge are a common port, haven't received my TC yet so I don't know if this is the case).
If they're connected via one of those switcha-things then you should be fine.

I bought it on AliExpress from a seller named "ELECTRICMOTORCYCLE Store". Be very careful to order the correct one "60V30A replace" is the one. Also, buy a couple of round-prong battery terminals from the same seller – the battery came with the flat-prong socket.
Thanks for the reply! Can you share a link to the battery from ELECTRICMOTORCYCLE Store? And possibly the connectors as well? I can't seem to find either one right now.
