Hey!

There is a brand new Super Soco Wanderer (1 battery) It was used in spring at +3 +10 Celsius.

I stored the battery at home at +25 and only put it in the bike just before a ride

For some unknown reason the power goes out completely, the battery when pressing the charge control button lights up with all 5 lights as long as the button is pressed.

*State of charge 3-4/5.

The error is frequent, goes away is reconnect the power wire and switch Air circuit breaker off/on.

Could you please tell me what means this error and why it appears? The seller can not answer this question, thats why I have to ask you.
