I was able to download the Super Soco App here in Canada and when it comes to binding the QR,
I keep getting an error stating that it was unable to bin.
I am using the QR code that starts with 8650xxxxxxx.
It say input 16 SN Digit but I counted the # and it was only 15.
I was wondering if anyone was having this issue or if I am missing something here.
Hi, I wasn't able to download the app yet. Can you tell me how did you found it? Once I tried to connect with the Chinese version of the app but it was difficult to understand, despite I used Google Translate.
I just went to Apple App Store. not sure about android.
And if you got your Super Soco locally not directly from Chinese manufacturer, you might not have the QR so you have to open the left side panel of your motorcycle and you'll see the QR inside.
It will start with 8650
look on the left side of your scooter behind the plastic. If you see a qr code you can connect but the europe models didn't come with such module so we need to wait...
