Super Soco App Can't activate sim
Recently purchased a second hand Super Soco in the UK. I managed to link the bike to the app but nothing within the app would work, I replaced the sim to a local sim and managed to get the GPS location working (after 24h of it giving a completely wrong location). The problem is that the app still complains that the sim is not active which I think is stopping other features of the app such as local history etc.
When I go into Service > Top up in the app it says that the sim valid date had expired and I'm unable to top it up - hence why I replaced the sim. Is there anyway to reset the sim valid date, or anyone had similar issues with not being able to 'activate' the sim and found a resolution?
