Hello everyone. Today on my way home my super soco tc stopped given my info regarding speed and battery. All zero. Still riding well, still marking the miles. But no speed and no info on the battery. Anyone can help?

P.s. Battery seems to be working and charging just fine.

Thanks

Was it both at the same time that stopped showing or only one of them.

The battery has a + and - connector and a smaller 4 pin usually bms connector. This second connector if it is removed will cut information about battery percentage on the display LCD on the bike but the bike will continue to run fine.

The same should go with the speedometer not showing any information but the all the halls is lose = showing speed 0 km/h or mph

The last reason may be a cycle of recharge from braking started while you had a full voltage battery and somehow the connection to it got dissengaged meaning current and voltage had nowhere to go but this last is a longshoot and not the probable cause

Can you explain the issues more thouroughly or was is just lack of these two indicators on your display LCD unit for a short moment. Do they work now?

@flyingelectric thanks for the reply. It was both at same time. Halfway my journey. No speed. No battery info. No gear info. Just milage and normal signs like Parking or left and right or lights.

Bike still charging and running as always. Just no info on the display. Don't understand why the speed info also failed

Hi, i have the same issue and I found that speed controller has a short cut. I will buy a New controller and then tell you if works.

In a sense. A lucky error. It would be worse if the bike was bricked and non working.

Speed can be maxed out by the 3 button settings as you probably want to go as fast as you can on this slow moped. Push button 1 or 2 for slower speeds if needed. Speeds are about 20, 30 and 45 km/h in each of the settings at default mode.
