I know this has already been answered, but to add my two cents:
Derbyshire has quite a few hills, so you’ll obviously get a more limited range than for flat roads. You should be able to get up to 55mph on mode 3, giving you around 32 miles. Mode 2 will restrict you to about 45mph and give you 40 miles. Mode 1 will restrict you further to 25-30mph and give you 65 miles. That’s all adjusted for hills.
You can run the battery all the way down to 0%, and even then, it gives you about three/four minutes until it cuts out. I’ve not had mine turn off at 10%, but as @mrbombermillzy said, just turn it on again if it does that. At 10%, it will only do a max of 20mph though.
Once the battery drops past 55%, all speeds are reduced by about 20%. That means if you get 30mph on mode 1, it’ll drop to 24/25mph.
I strongly suggest getting a demo model sent out to you. English Electric Motor co are definitely the best for that, great customer service. They’ve helped me out loads, couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
