I've had this problem a lot and for a long time now. Does anyone know anything about it? I read something on Facebook that there was a problem with the app but I've had it like this for around a year..
This is something new for me as well, even though I came to find the marketing assignment help, you have taught me some technical knowledge as well. So, thanks & help me find the marketing-related info as well.
I had this issue as well. It seems to be related to the mobile service of the OEM SIM card. Finally I opened the telematic box and replaced the original SIM card with a local one I purchased. Works like a charm, app and bike can talk to each other again.
@sauseschritt Nice! Do you have any pictures so I know where the telematic box is placed and how to replace the sim-card?
@sauseschritt Hi, if you can remember, did you have to do anything else apart from replacing the sim card? I did the same, opened the box and replaced the oem sim with a local prepaid datasim but the app still refers to the expired oem one and wont connect to the bike. Already unbound, uninstalled etc several times but it keeps referring to the old sim. I'm thinking there's somewhere that needs resetting for this to work? I went looking for a battery in the box but couldn't find it.
@neto Do you have any pictures where this box is and how to replace the sim? Did you find any other solution that helped you get it to work? 🙂
