New rider. Rear tyre flat. Photo of tyre spec attached. Pirrelli City. Tried inflating but nothing. Not yet searched for obvious damage or punctures on tyre. My compressor works fine on the front tyre, so not a compressor problem.

Question. Do the valves malfunction? No air looks to be entering the tyre at all.
