So I pulled out what I thought was the comms unit to see if I could add a SIM card (I'm in Australia where it doesn't come standard), but there's no SIM slot on the PCB, just an outline of one in the circuit.
Without connectivity, what on earth is this module for? And can I ride safely without it?
